Where CARE is Primary

At Trailhead, keeping our community healthy and happy is our focus. We do that by offering an innovative approach to primary care that keeps costs low for employers while improving the overall wellness and health of their employees.

It works because this new approach creates a relationship between the clinic and its members that is focused on staying healthy versus treating illness. It also works, because members don’t have to worry about wait-times, co-pays, or high cost add-ons (x-rays, labs) of traditional approaches, things that keep them away from providers.

The bottom line is better outcomes for lower cost.

Since shortly after Trailhead Clinic was founded, I recognized the advantages of having all of my employees as members of the clinic. A healthy work force is essential not just to my company but to our community and I want my employees to have rapid access to quality health care when they need it and not just when they can afford it. As a result, we have fewer days missed due to illness and our employees appreciate working for a company that watches out not just for their fiscal well being, but for their physical and mental well being as well.

For over 4 years, many of us at T4 Tree Service have been going to Trailhead. All of us have loved being a part of this clinic. We have always been able to get in right away if needed, and really like the doctors’ care. If you’re a business or an individual, we definitely recommend Trailhead to anybody.

Why Your Corporations Health Care Plan Matters

Employees with access to preventative care are more motivated, absent from work less, and also recover from sickness quicker. A healthy workforce is more productive, as well as more engaged with their work.

We know it’s nearly impossible to find an affordable healthcare solution for your employees.

Over the last 20 years, employer family health coverage costs have risen from approximately $6,000 to more than $22,000. We feel fortunate that we have been able to help more than 70 business owners in Colorado find a better way to provide coverage for their employees.
