We don’t nickel-and-dime our patients. Instead, we do our best to include as many services as possible in our standard membership. If we do charge extra for specialty services like injections, complex procedures, and comprehensive labs, we are going to let you know the full cost up front. Transparency is a core value here.

Below is a breakdown of the wide range of services included in your membership.

Our family medicine services provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day visits for acute concerns like infections, injuries, or sudden illnesses. Whether you’re dealing with hypertension, diabetes, or seasonal allergies, we help manage your health with regular visits and ongoing support—at no additional cost.

We offer routine gynecologic care, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, birth control management, hormone assessments, and preconception counseling. For those who are pregnant, we provide early pregnancy support and coordination with your chosen OB for prenatal and delivery services, ensuring continuity of care every step of the way.

Trailhead Clinics handles a wide range of dermatological needs. We provide wound care, remove minor lesions, perform skin biopsies for suspicious growths or moles, and offer treatments like cryotherapy for warts and skin tags. These procedures are done in-office, and are included in your membership—saving you the cost and hassle of specialist referrals.

Our clinicians are trained to perform a variety of minor office procedures including joint injections, laceration repair, abscess drainage, and more. These services are included with your membership, offering convenience and affordability right in your local clinic.

From newborn checkups to adolescent care, we provide full-spectrum pediatric services including well-child visits, developmental screenings, school and sports physicals, and acute care for common childhood illnesses. Parents love the direct access to their family’s provider and the peace of mind that comes with it.

Trailhead members have access to a broad range of diagnostic tools including EKGs and imaging such as X-rays and ultrasounds (through a clinic partner). These services help us diagnose and treat issues quickly—without sending you elsewhere.

Most common lab tests, such as complete blood counts, metabolic panels, thyroid tests, cholesterol checks, and urinalysis, are included at no additional charge. For specialty labs, we pass through wholesale costs with minimal markup, saving you significantly compared to traditional billing.

  • Generic Prescriptions: Many common medications are dispensed directly from our office at little or no cost.
  • Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy (OMT): For musculoskeletal pain, alignment issues, or injuries, our DOs offer hands-on techniques to restore balance and relieve discomfort.
  • Screening Colonoscopies: We help coordinate and often cover basic preventive screenings, including colonoscopies, based on your age and risk factors.
